Terms and Conditions Publishing Our Ideas: Two new business ideas will be published on this site every week. The previous weeks business ideas will be taken down from the site every Monday and replaced with two new ideas. The exact time of day of publication may vary week to week. Use of Idea Advantage's Online Content: The business ideas provided to our members on this site can NOT be directly or indirectly sold or supplied to a third party. The business ideas provided are for the sole use of the members that have paid the membership fee. Use of the name "Idea Advantage" in any unauthorised way is strictly prohibited. Member Access: Members will gain access to see the new business ideas when we receive the membership payment. If the next scheduled membership payment is not received by the necessary date the member will lose access to the Business Ideas in the members area. If this occurs, access can be regained by making another membership payment through the link on the Member Sign Up - Payment page. Cancelling Membership:
Membership at Idea Advantage can be cancelled at any time by either party. To cancel your membership use the link on the Members Area Links page. Idea Advantage retains the right to cancel a members membership access at any time, however this will only occur if the member does something illegal or breaches one of our Terms and Conditions. No refunds of any kind will be made to members cancelling their membership. Business Ideas Provided by Members to Idea Advantage: Business ideas provided by members to Idea Advantage remain the property of the respective member until Idea Advantage makes a payment of $100 to the member. If Idea Advantage chooses to purchase the business idea and makes the necessary $100 payment the idea then becomes the property of Idea Advantage. Once the property of Idea Advantage these purchased ideas are free to be used in any way by Idea Advantage without any legal restrictions. Limitation of Liability: Idea Advantage is not liable for any injuries, damages or any loss of money and income that may result from visiting, using or signing up for this website. *Members agree to adhere to any conditions and restrictions in the Terms and Conditions upon signing up for membership with Idea Advantage.
